Previous versions worked flawless. With the auto-updated v145 installed some days ago and immediately froze the OS (MacOS Catalina 10.15.7). No way to recover it via forced application termination. Such a system stall has never occurred.
I deinstalled Firefox and replaced it with the previous version, which worked flawlessly again. Deactivated the autoupdate but somehow after some days, it updated to v145 again, stalling the system again.
There must be a major compatibility issue.
