Steps to reproduce:

I'm not able to delete tags that Fedora Linux version of Firefox added, I'm using windows 10 now and I press delete but nothing happens.

There's two things here:

1. We should check how Fedora is adding tags.
2. We suspect that these tags might be orphans (namely, they don't have at least one corresponding bookmark). If so, and if we can confirm that users can't delete tags if there are no bookmarks, we should still allow users the ability to remove them.
