I built a dashboard for visualizing all of our telemetry alerts here: https://gmierz.github.io/telemetry-alert-dashboard/

It should be enough to satisfy our early use cases, but we'll likely want to formalize it and make the code better. That includes getting the dashboard rewritten into react, moving it to a Mozilla domain, and potentially adding the ability to modify alerts through authorized accounts (e.g. closing alerts that don't have bugs so they don't over-populate the view). This could involve some work on a backend API on the treeherder side which is where these alerts currently live.
