We need a list of sponsors and their favicons that are coming from remote settings, and we need those favicon attachments available in the client.

I have verified this enhancement using the steps from here, and can confirm the following:

• After changing to the "Dev (preview)" server, an AMP website is displayed in the third position (Chewy).
• After visiting the www.mozillafoundation.org website and restarting the browser, the Mozilla Foundation tile is displayed in the third position.
• The MDN tile is displayed in the third position after changing the browser.search.region pref to CA.

Verified using the latest Firefox Nightly 147.0.1 (Build ID: 20251205091840) installed on Windows 10 x64, macOS 15.6.1, and Ubuntu 24.04.``
