Browser Window insisted I upgrade to version 1.3 from 1.3a. Upon completion of
upgrade, all bookmarks, mail , and mail settings are gone. They are still
present in the directory but I seem unable to access my mail settings (and more
important, the mail itself)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. I upgraded Mozilla from version 1.3a to 1.3 (at insistence of browser)
2. I started the program and discovered that ALL settings had been lost
3.

Actual Results:
I don't have access to my email.

Expected Results:
It should have not asked me to upgrade without warning me that it was going to
lose all my email, my email settings, and my bookmarks.

his happened after I did a windows XP update, I don't know if that's related.
Update was for Microsoft bug fix 814033
I'm marking this bug works for me, its been ages since 1.3 and Ive been
upgrading flawlessy through quite a number of versions without loosing settings
