2002430 - Dowloads window shows the `com.au` TLD as a base domain name

Steps to reproduce

1. Download a file from an Australian domain in the com.au tld.
2. Look in the dowloads window

Expected behavior

File should appear to be downloaded from DOMAIN.com.au

Actual behavior

File appears to be downloaded from com.au, without a source domain name

Note: I guess this might also happen for other AU TLD, such as net.au, gov.au, ...

Note that the toolbar component does the domain highlighting properly (it bolds all of domain.com.au). We can probably reuse this logic instead of what we are doing in Downloads.
