ctrl-enter doesn't send an email if the focus is currently set to the main mail
composition window. instead, it just behaves like a if you hit the enter key
normally. it works when hitting ctrl-enter in the adress-fields. the mail
composition window is set to plain-text-format.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open mail/news
2. create a new mail
3. write some stuff into the lines and the fields
4. click into the main composition window
4. hit ctrl-enter

Actual Results:  
the mail doesn't get sent.

Expected Results:  
send the email, like it behaved in previous versions.
