This used to be the case up to version 1.3a. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Start the browser 2.Press Control-T Actual Results: A tab with the Home Location page is opened. Expected Results: A blank tab should have been opened. It says in the Help section that opening a blank tab is the expected behaviour. It also doesn't say this has been modified in the change log.
