• Set pref browser.settings-redesign.enabled = true
• Set pref browser.search.region = US
• Have at least one CC and address saved

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to https://luke-chang.github.io/autofill-demo/basic_cc.html
2. Click on any field( except CVV) and select Manage payment methods in the autofill dropdown
3. Repeat the steps for Manage addresses in the autofill dropdown(access https://luke-chang.github.io/autofill-demo/basic.html)

Expected result

• User is redirected to new "Payment methods" when selecting Manage payment methods and "Addresses and more" when selecting Manage addresses in the autofill dropdown.

Actual result

• User is redirected to combined Autofill page and highlights both Payment methods and Addresses and more.

We noticed two related redirection issues in Nightly 148.0a1:

• selecting Manage addresses from the autofill dropdown redirects to the Settings page and highlights the Payment Methods section instead of Addresses

• selecting Manage addresses or Manage payment methods from the autofill dropdown redirect to the Permissions section when about:preferences#privacy page is not already open

The tracking status is 148: affected, but browser.settings-redesign.enabled = false in 148, so I don't think this should be tracked as affected. Rather it's disabled

Verified in Firefox Nightly 149.0a1 on Windows 10, macOS 15 and Ubuntu 22.04. The redirection from the autofill dropdown to the Payment methods and Addresses and more sections works as expected. Updating the status accordingly.
