The "Page Setup..." and "Print Preview" options on the "File" menu do nothing
when in MailNews.

Specifically, "Page Setup..." has no effect at all.  No window is brought up,
nothing.

"Print Preview" brings up an empty, completely blank window.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Bring up MailNews, select a message to print
2. Do File->Page Setup...
3. Do File->Print Preview

Actual Results:  
Step 2 has no visible result.
Step 3 causes a blank window to come up.


Expected Results:  
The Page Setup window and a functional print preview window should have come up.


Note a) The File->Print... option in MailNews works OK.  

Note b) Page Setup and Print Preview from a browser window both work fine.

Note b) My printer is not physically connected to my computer -- it is accessed
via Rendezvous.

Johnathan, Page Setup WorksForMe using FizzillaMach/2003040103, but I do see the
blank window after trying Print Preview.

In truth, you should probably file these as two separate bugs. Please do so.
