The title attribute in the img tag (shown as a tooltip) does not follow the current zoom for the page. It can readily be seen in xkcd.com, after increasing the zoom to 200, the text in the title attribute will not change size. I believe this to be an accessibility issue.

Thanks for the bug report. This is a version of what's been discussed in bug 1756203. (That bug was originally focused on datalist popups, but we broadened it to include tooltips spawned by this title attribute.) Hence, I'm marking this as a duplicate of that bug.
