Language wise, the letter seems ok to me. However it is very technical and
doesn't really invite to reading and/or solve the actual problem. 

I'll dig up some of my letters i've used in the past....

fixing the other ones.

Currently i'm busy (emigrating) therefore i'm mostly away from computers in 
general and my own computer in particular. But i will have more time in just a 
few weeks. I'll read through it and put it on the site.

Reinout: to your comment 8 i see two solutions:

1) Post the full letter here as an attachment. That way it gets an address i can
link to from the Tech Evang site.

2) Or send it to me, so i can try to get a regular URL for it, such as
http://www.mozilla.org/projects/tech-evangelism/site/component-dutch/letter.html

In addition to that, i'll post a letter i use to evangelize Priority 1 sites
that are "optimized for Internet Explorer". Please review. The "hook" for that
letter is not so much on the Technical side but on the business interest of the
company.
