Description

We need to adjust the padding in the vertical vs. horizontal layout based on the new designs.

Horizontal

  • 80px from the top
  • 32px from each side

vertical

  • 32px from the top
  • 24px from each side

This commit adjusts the margins for the about:translations
page to more accurately reflect the design specifications.
