This behavior is split off from bug 1986948, and will handle splitview when part of a multiselection of tabs (which will drag the entire splitview container even if only one splitview tab is selected) and when dragging the splitview container to create bookmarks. Yulia would also like to have the splitview container rather than the individual tabs highlighted, when part of a multiselection drag/drop operation.
