We have had webdriver-reviewers-rotation in place for ~1 month, and so far with our group of 3 people, the patches coming from a member of the group always seem to go to the same person.

Our group consists of :whimboo, :sasha and myself:

  • my patches always end up with :sasha as reviewer
  • :sasha's patches always end up with :whimboo as reviewer
  • :whimboo's patches always end up with me as reviewer

It's possible it's just bad luck, but after one month I feel like we should have had at least one exception to this.

While the load balancing part is still OK, it's a bit bad if all patches from an individual are only reviewed by one person.
Can we check if there might be a bug / design issue which enforces this. Again, maybe just bad luck, but if it's explicit design I think it would be better to know it so that we can re-dispatch the reviews internally.
