if I set it manually - it works
when I try to use a GPO to set it from active directory - it doesnt set it.
but the GPO works on the previous version of Firefox.
But also - what I noticed - if I have the previous version - and the gpo sets it - then if I update firefox to the latest - then its there and it works.
But if I just install firefox - on the latest version - it doesnt pull the GPO
