200453 - horizontal scroll while loading an image crashes mozilla

it crashes mozilla to ues keyboard to horizontal scroll while loading an image.
mouse scroll using scroll bar, it dose not problem.

I guess it's a problem of "smooth scroll" feature.
turn it off it works well.
move vertical first, then move horizontal dose not make crash.

tested on phoenix 20030329, mozilla 20030331.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. make sure you turned smooth scroll feature on.
2. load any image that takes time more than 2 second. :-)
3. use keyboard to scroll the image while it loading.
Actual Results:  
soon there is HDD access and mozilla crashes.

Expected Results:  
scroll image horizontal.

Is there a specific site/url that you are looking at?
I tried to recreate your problem using http://www.oqo.com/_images/H.jpg
and didn't see anything.

Also when you say 'turn on smooth scrolling', what exactly do you mean?
What option?  Where?
