This suite tested Built-In AI APIs with the optional
AIRelaxUserActivationReqs feature flag enabled. However, this is is no
longer needed since the feature is now enabled by default.

The PR was not expected to affect any tests, but the try push wasn't a success. Check the try results for infrastructure issues
