Restore after "Restart to keep using Nightly" doesn't restore the page I was trying to load.

Details

STR:

  1. Have two running profiles and have one of them apply an application update.
  2. In the non-updated profile open a tab and enter an address into the address bar.
  3. You will now see the "Restart to keep using Nightly page". Click to restart

After this Nightly will restart and restore all of your tabs, except the tab that I opened in step 2 will be empty, it should load the address I entered.
