User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.4a) Gecko/20030401
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.4a) Gecko/20030401

When surfing, Mozilla often opens a new navigator window in tabbed browsing
mode. More specific when a link has a target:"_blank" option then mozilla opens
it in a new navigator window in stead of in a new TAB window within the same
navigator. I don't know if it is monzilla's intention of doing this, but
personaly I think that there should be atleast an option to decide wheter you
want to work completely tabbed (so only ONE navigator window) or like the curent
situation.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Make a link like this and klik on it
2.<a href="http://www.anandtech.com/" target="_blank">AnandTech</a>
3.which site you link to doesn't matter.

Actual Results:
In tabbed browsing mode mozilla opens the site in a new navigatorwindow instead
of in a new tab within the same navigator window.

Expected Results:
Open the link in a new tab within the same navigator window.
