Details

Currently we wait for the whole XML document and all its associated data before showing anything to the user. We should show content incrementally as it becomes available.
How is this not a duplicate of bug 18333? (I think bug 18333 should be fixed by appropriate content sink refactoring so that the HTML and XML content sinks share a common base class.)
