Set release status flags based on info from the regressing bug 1873716

Taking the ni - I will try to profile this and understand what's adding all the time - we're not hashing anything... If there's a way to get an automatic profile that would be super helpful...

First attempt: https://treeherder.mozilla.org/jobs?repo=try&revision=f8da11ecf17ede4fc38bd737b6fb550ea7b28758

(Higher is Better)

Linux:

  • Original: 200ish
  • Base: 152.12
  • New: 164.47, 175.35, 175.9, 176.63, 179.25

Windows:

  • Original: 425ish
  • Base: 266.88
  • New: 267.51, 276.92, 359.67, 364.3

Definitely an improvement, but not reaching the original scores yet.

Second attempt: https://treeherder.mozilla.org/jobs?repo=try&selectedTaskRun=ZM3hooCfQDaJi3HwVprvyQ.0&revision=3ce754a00ca53f3c69cbf5565899e4675abe41f6

I don't have the Linux results, but Windows jumped back to 444.63 so I think that's the answer.
