I do not know if this metric is tracked by sheriffs, or if this metric is important enough to even be monitored. Mostly filing this bug for posterity.
Feel free to WONTFIX etc.

Taking the ni - I will try to profile this and understand what's adding all the time - we're not hashing anything... If there's a way to get an automatic profile that would be super helpful...
Moving to Performance:General, please adjust if this is not correct. Alternative might be Core:Privacy:Anti-Tracking.

First attempt: https://treeherder.mozilla.org/jobs?repo=try&revision=f8da11ecf17ede4fc38bd737b6fb550ea7b28758
(Higher is Better)
Linux:
- Original: 200ish
- Base: 152.12
- New: 164.47, 175.35, 175.9, 176.63, 179.25
Windows:
- Original: 425ish
- Base: 266.88
- New: 267.51, 276.92, 359.67, 364.3
Definitely an improvement, but not reaching the original scores yet.

I don't have the Linux results, but Windows jumped back to 444.63 so I think that's the answer.
