This bug is for making the framework option/selection hidden or optional in our tools. There are some situations where filtering on it may help, but for the most part, it makes it difficult for developers to find tests/subtests that they are interested in. Afaik, the framework is only really used to help us turn on/off alerting on them through treeherder and there isn't much else (it may be helping with performance at the moment though).

We should remove it or hide it from at least graphs view, and perfcompare.
