User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:146.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/146.0
Steps to reproduce:
I currently have version 146.0 installed on a PC that I use occasionally. I noticed a few days ago that the browser's close button on the right is sometimes missing.
sometimes I think I've seen it come back if the window is sized smaller, but at the moment I can't manage the window size (either large, or closed)
Actual results:
I can't even manage to resize the window by double clicking on the top bar. To close it I either use the right click on the taskbar, or the Firefox menu.
Expected results:
Well, if only the button would appear and you could close it like I've been doing for 23 years (I still have the "diplomas" for downloading Firefox - which I already used -)

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Core::Widget: Win32' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.

This looks like bug 2002986, which is fixed in Firefox 147. You could try downloading the beta or nightly build, or wait for the bugfix in the Fx147 release on Jan 13.
