Update Clear browsing data and cookies to clear Chat Conversations when submitted.

• Update "Browsing & download history" label to include Chat conversations in the label if AI Window Mode is enabled
• Trigger deleting chat conversations in Chat Store if AI Window Mode is enabled using the selected time range
