STR:

1. Launch latest Android Nightly 148.0a1.
2. Make sure the theme is set to Light.
3. Enable private mode.
4. Open settings and view the following controls when they are in enabled state:

Set as Default Browser
HTTPS-Only Mode
Enhanced Tracking Protection
Extensions
Default search engine
Data collection > Install and run Studies > On

Expected:
Controls have good contrast same as others.

Actual:
Controls have low contrast giving appearance of being grayed and non-interactive which may be confusing. Disabled state is unaffected.
