These settings apply to every Firefox profile on this device does not apply to legacy profiles. We should clarify that.

Set release status flags based on info from the regressing bug 1933264

That choice of language was worked out between content design and legal. We assume most users will not be aware of the legacy toolkit profile system, so that "all profiles on this device" will reasonably be interpreted to mean "all profiles in this current profile group".
