Steps to reproduce:
Open a few tabs and enable split view. Make sure the tab strip is not full, then close a tab in split view.
Actual results:
All tabs shrink.
Expected results:
Tabs should remain their width. gBrowser.tabContainer._lockTabSizing() should have special handling when closing a tab in split view.
