didn't I fix this in bug 166833? (checked in 4/3/2003) you sr= my patch

ah, yes, my tree wasn't up to date apparently. However,
nsServiceManager::ReleaseService() is deprectated... see the following comment
in nsIServiceManagerObsolete.h:
/* OBSOLETE: use NS_RELEASE(service) instead. */
static nsresult
ReleaseService(const nsCID& aClass, nsISupports* service,
nsIShutdownListener* shutdownListener = nsnull);
