Details

Right now we are using the file in devtools/client, which technically can be excluded in build time, which then would break color picker strings. Should not be a problem for official Firefox builds, and not sure who excludes devtools client either.

Or perhaps there's a way to let it stay in devtools without path change, like perhaps toolkit/content/jar.mn can refer devtools/client/locales/en-US/inspector.ftl? 🤔
