Preconditions
- Have the pref browser.settings-redesign.enable set to true in about:config
- Have the browser.search.region set to US
Steps to reproduce
- Open Settings → Privacy & Security → Manage addresses and more.
- Click Add new address or edit an existing address.
- Observe the City and State fields in relation to the other fields in the modal.
Expected result
- The City and State fields should be properly aligned with with the rest of the form fields, maintaining the correct visual order in the two-column layout.
Actual result
- The City and State fields are not properly aligned with the rest of the form fields, and the correct visual order in the two-column layout is not maintained.
Regression range
- Not a regression.

- This is a component-specific layout issue, not related to the new settings redesign work.
