PWA icons in "add to taskbar" dosn't fetch real favicons

Steps to reproduce:

When pressing "add to taskbar" it attach the pwa on it but without its own favicon.

Actual results:

For now firefox saves taskbar icons to %APPDATA%\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles****.default-nightly\taskbartabs\icons
But the icon is default "web" icon, not sites favicon.

Expected results:

It should fetch the favicon and save it to %APPDATA%\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles****.default-nightly\taskbartabs\icons\ directory.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Firefox::Shell Integration' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.
