Steps to reproduce:
Started Firefox on Windows 11 Home (Czech language)
Restart of Firefox, of Windows, and even reinstalation of FireFox didnt help.
Actual results:
Got message, that for Firefox it is impossible to use bookmarks and history, because of some files (unspecified) are used by an unspecifyed application.
Acording to ProcessExporer, no FireFox profile files are opened by another application (see screenshot).
Expected results:
Ofcourse, bookmarks should be displayed.
