There is a filter for incomming mail that moves (by some rule) incomming mail to
anonther mail account's inbox. The original mail account still shows new email
notification.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create the filter that moves incomming mail to another account
2. Get the mail that matches the rule
Actual Results:
The original mail account still shows new email notification.
Expected Results:
Only the account that actually have the new message should show the new email
notification.

I can confirm this on my system with my 1.3 final on rh 8.0 linux.
Besides also the Mail-Icon in the component bar is affected: it shows new mail
where there is none because the accounts where the mail arraived before being
filtered still seem to have new mail.
