User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_15_7) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/142.0.0.0 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce:

  • Use "toolbar on top"
  • Use "scroll to hide toolbar"
  • Load the example HTML page
  • Scroll the page at various speeds

Actual results:

Observe the sticky footer. Look closely at the bottom of the footer. See that the fuchsia border jumps around. Sometimes it goes above the bottom of the page (showing the yellow element below it), and sometimes it goes below the bottom of the page (outside the viewport).

Expected results:

The element should stay fixed to the bottom of the page, completely unmoving.

I CANNOT reproduce this issue when "scroll to hide toolbar" is disabled.

I can reproduce this issue when "toolbar on bottom" is enabled, but it's extremely subtle in comparison.
