The "Chats" label is duped in menubar.ftl and appmenu.ftl to have it in the History menu as well as the hamburger menu. The entry in menubar.ftl was added to prevent test breakage in browser/base/content/test/about/browser_aboutDialog_distribution.js because trying to share the label in appmenu.ftl makes the test break as it can't find the entry in menubar.ftl.

Not needed after all, added the relevant labels to aiWindow.ftl
