We would like to add a telemetry event to track CPM usage in the sidebar. This will allow the Passwords panel to be added to the overall Sidebar dashboard, to the query that shows how usage is distributed across different panels.

This is the equivalent event used for the bookmarks panel, as an example for the metric to be added for CPM.
