The main difference is whether the white-space text-node gets reframed. It seems the margin collapsing difference is not taken into account and the next line is not properly dirtied.

I'm curious if this is a regression but I suspect not. This came up because dynamic-add-text-1.html fails with a patch of mine simplifying frame construction a bit for bug 2008148. I suspect I accidentally broke some of the white-space optimizations, but this bug exists regardless.
