Zmienić jednostkę miary na °C zamknąć FF i ponownie uruchomić.

Actual results:

Nie pamięta zmienionej jednostki miary °C i zmienia na °F (Domyślne).

Expected results:

Zapamiętać domyślną jednostkę miary °C.

I cannot reproduce this issue, for me the default is metric and switching to imperial keeps the settings after restart. Also checked with VPN pointing to US to have imperial by default and switched to metric, still no issue after restart.

@forum_dyskusyjne do you have by any chance "Delete cookies and site data when Firefox is closed" checked in the settings?
