Steps to reproduce:

I open the event creation window in calendar.
I resize this windows to have a friendly size for my PC screen.
I confirm the creation.
I create a new event.

Actual results:

When I create a new event, the windows size and position are not the last one.

Expected results:

I'm a programmer, and I know it's easy to restore the size and position of any window opened by Thunderbird.
I know you can check that the screen number is valid and that the window's size and position allow it to be fully visible on the screen (or adjust them if necessary).
It's not a difficult task to program, and you can create a generic routine that will work for all windows. This would greatly improve usability.
