Steps to reproduce:

  1. Enable Always show scrollbars from Windows Start > Settings > Accessibility > Visual effects
  2. Start Latest autoland build
  3. Open https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/query.cgi?format=advanced (not necessary to login)
  4. Click to select Components of the Classification: listbox
  5. Click to select External Software Affecting Firefox of the Product: Listbox

Actual Results:
The contents of the list items will shift a few pixels to the left.

Expected Results:
Not shift

This seems kind of expected, we're trying to shift as much stuff into view at a time, and that means scrolling a bit in this case...
