The scrolling feels choppy, inconsistent, and has a lower frame rate than expected on a 60Hz screen when scrolling with "touchpad".
Crucial Note: The stuttering disappears completely and scrolling becomes perfectly smooth whenever the "Firefox Profiler" is active and recording, or when scroll with "keyboard arrows".
