User Story
"I can't move bookmarks around in bulk" users complaining that moving bookmarks around in bulk is bad. does not realize you can long-press to select and move in bullk that way. Chrome allows 'Select' in the settings option list, likely for that same reason.

Steps to reproduce
- Go to bookmarks screen
- Tap three dot menu on one of the listed bookmarks
- 'Select' is not available in that list (selecting only available by long-pressing)
