Environment:
Operating system: Windows 10
Firefox version: Firefox 147.0/148

Preconditions:

  • VPN pointing to US

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to https://otr.oregon.gov/WEB
  2. Observe the page.

Expected Behavior:
Login page gets displayed.

Actual Behavior:
Unsupported page gets displayed.

Notes:

  • Page loads correctly with Chrome Mask
  • Reproduces regardless of the status of ETP
  • Reproduces in firefox-nightly, and firefox-release
  • Does not reproduce in chrome

Without an account it is impossible to say if the site behind the login works on Firefox or has Chrome only code.

The web application is ESO TraumaOne Patiant Registry and it looks like several US states use this software if you search for TraumaOne. I found the owner from a news release about ESO's acquisition of Lancet.
