Follow up bugs

  1. queue: false , persistent popup investigation
  2. matching permission state (no duplicate)
  3. if its already persistent granted/blocked, show the icon when the chatbot provider page is loaded.
  4. dropdown selecting devices from the popup - dismissal right away
