User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.4a) Gecko/20030403
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.4a) Gecko/20030403

I created a new folder to organize links for a new project. This morning the
new bookmark folder is missing from the Personal Toobar Folder.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Right click over Personal Toolbar Folder, select 'New Folder...'
-or-
Open 'Bookmarks' menu, select 'Manage Bookmarks'. Right click over 'Personal
Toolbar Folder', and select 'New Folder'.
2. Name the new folder. Close the dialog.
3. New folder is inserted into the Personal Toolbar Folder.
4. Exit Mozilla.
5. Startup Mozilla.
6. New folder is missing from the Personal Toolbox Folder.

Actual Results:
New bookmark folder and contents are missing from Personal Toolbar Folder

Expected Results:
New folders should have been there, with contents as they were when Mozilla shut
down. Other folders are there.

This should be fixed along with bug 200498.
Please verify.
In case it's still there, please attach a JS console log.
Thanks
