2009528 - Change upgrade link component in IP Protection settings section

Per our spec in https://www.figma.com/design/R32vqpWWU9ffSCYrWD8tpw/VPN---Firefox-Integration-Q1-2026?node-id=18609-93603&m=dev, we want the last setting to be a box linking to the Mozilla VPN marketing page (url TBD). Currently, we have a box group with two items: one for contacting support and another for upgrading to Mozilla VPN.

We'll have to do the following to make this change:

• Remove and update strings for the setting in ipProtection.ftl
• Update the contents of the "additional links" section in settings code base. Instead of a box group, we can probably stick with a single moz-box-link
• If we end up changing any ids for the "additional links" section, then we should update main.js as well
• Update existing tests for this section, making sure we're verifying the new box's visibility

The different controls were implemented using config-based settings, which are documented here.
