Batching several media-query-related web features into one PR to minimize future merge conflicts. See commit notes for additional ideas.
Also flagging that there are a wide variety of cross-cutting tests in
test_media_queries. This test has not been included in any mappings as a result. We could classify more tests (and features such as "interaction" and "resolution") if this test were broken up.
