In order to facilitate data deletion, we should add a sanitizer for chats. See https://searchfox.org/firefox-main/source/toolkit/components/cleardata/ClearDataService.sys.mjs and Sanitizer.sys.mjs.

When deleting by time, or deleting everything, it should delete all messages whose timestamps match. If there are no (user/assistant) messages left in the conversation, the conversation should be deleted.

When deleting by origin, it should scrub URLs from messages and from the URL associated to the chat.
