Add a 'grid-lanes-pack' to match the proposal for option A in the
related CSSWG issue [1]:

'grid-lanes-pack: normal | dense'

The CSSWG issue is still being discussed, so the syntax and property
used for dense packing may be subject to more changes in the future.

All tests have been updated.
